History: Joanne Moved from San Francisco to Mipple City. With her from California she brought her prostitute work with her. For a while that was her only source of income. Later she would find herself working at DeRoc Associate, as personal secretary to the media mogul himself, Andre DeRoc who started out at her client prior to this. 

Before leaving California Joanne had met Chuck cat, son of Charles Tabey Sr who was spending time out that way for long-term assignments for his tycoon father. Joanne and him eventually met. They dated. It was nothing serious at first but eventually it became a relationship. Never had she expected to find a reason to avoid prostituting herself out anymore. The relationship lasted for quite sometime. Eventually during the relationship Chuck would sometimes bring her back to Mipple City with him in between assignments. 

Eventually Joanne and Charles looked for a place of their own. With both his income and well to do bank account from prostituting prior to the relationship both found a penthouse they both liked and made it their home. However she keeps her place in San Francisco California as a second residency as a retreat. 

Though no angel herself, Chuck didn't know what he had going for him. His attention was beginning to break up in seperate directions at once. She started experiencing ripple effects from Chuck's frustration from his father's life.as a tycoon. He began getting very snappy with her, sometimes loud out bursts at her too. Joanne would and him would get into arguments. Intervals between each arguments shrunk.
